(1) Oil quantity and temperature in the tank. Observe the tank level gauge, the liquid level in the tank should always maintain the normal liquid level, otherwise it should be replenished in time, the replenished oil brand must be the same as the system's oil brand, and after testing, in line with the specified indicators; The supplementary oil shall be filtered, and the filtering accuracy shall not be lower than the accuracy requirements of the system.

(2) Oil leakage in sealing parts and pipe joints. The leakage phenomenon of hydraulic system is inevitable and common in working condition. Leakage leads to system pressure reduction, resulting in unstable actuator speed, waste of oil, energy consumption, reduce efficiency, oil temperature rise, pollution of the environment, resulting in fire hazards. The leakage of the system mostly occurs in the fixed seal and the moving seal. The leakage is usually caused by damaged seals, aging, damage, or loose connecting screws (caused by pipeline vibration), which should be repaired in time. Non-working leaks are not allowed.

(3) Whether the screws at the pressure adjustment of the sizzle valve and other pressure valves are loose. If the pressure regulating screw of the relief valve is loose, the working pressure of the system cannot reach the predetermined value or cannot be established, and the system cannot work normally. The loosening of the regulating screw of the reducing valve will make the outlet pressure not reach the predetermined value, so that the reducing circuit can not work normally.
