There are three main factors that affect the cutting effect of electronic saw: guide rail, whether the saw car runs smoothly, whether the size of the saw blade is in the same straight line.

1. The guide rail of the electronic saw is usually round and square. The guide rail, as the name implies, plays an important guiding role. The balance and straightness of the saw car running on the guide rail are determined by the guide rail. Only the guide rail is hard enough and smooth enough can ensure the straightness of the sawing plate.

2. Saw car adopts imported rack and pinion, surface high precision grinding, stable transmission, durable;   Heavy frame, after failure treatment durable deformation, stable fuselage.   The smooth running of the saw car is very important, we should pay attention to observe the shaft of the electronic cutting saw saw car, as long as on the basis of excluding the problem of guide rail, check the wear state of the copper wheel, once found that the copper wheel wear degree is different, the saw car will be affected and affect the cutting effect.

3. Observe whether the size of the electronic cutting saw blade is located in the same straight line. When pushing the table saw, it is open circuit for the small saw and cut the big saw. When installing the saw blade, keep the shaft, chuck and flange clean. The inner diameter of the flange is consistent with the inner diameter of the saw blade. Ensure that the flange and the saw blade are closely combined, install the positioning pin and tighten the nut. Flange size should be appropriate, the outside diameter should not be less than the saw blade diameter 1/3. Check whether the saw blade is damaged, whether the tooth profile is complete, whether the saw blade is smooth and clean, and whether there are other abnormal phenomena to ensure the safety of use.

4. Before the formal start of work, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electronic cutting saw, to check whether the link bolt of each part of the cutting machine is loose, check whether the transmission device of the cutting machine is running smoothly, check whether the buttons of the cutting machine are normal, and check whether the lubrication system, pneumatic system and all kinds of safety systems of the cutting machine are in good condition.    When all these have been checked and there is no problem, it can start up and run normally.
